a day at the lake:

Today we spend a wonderful day at the lake with family and besides some good food, sweet breezes off the lake and sliding into the pool we took a pimp boat ride, as you can tell by the girls chillin and munching on cookies.
Relaxing on the boat we headed to goat island.
Yes it has goats and yes it's an island so it's well named :) unfortunately the goats snubbed our watermelon and fled to the other side of the island, I guess we were having to much fun for them.
In all it's a great place to play in the water, nice and sandy and daisy dog really loved it!

It's always funny when you meet someone for the first time and instantly click, well for me that's how it was with Suzanne. A one hour consultation turned into almost three without either of us realizing it. I even told her as we were leaving "even if you go with another photographer call me we'll hang out." . Weird, well not really we had so much in common I felt like I had known her forever!

When the time came to shoot Suzanne's and Chris's e-shoot I couldn't help but be excited. We spent the morning in Piedmont park laughing and talking with the sound of jock jams 3 flowing threw the air. That's right we pumped up the jam, I laughed so hard when Suzanne pulled out a little running man for us. I just love her!!

As I was writing this entry my blackberry went off I looked over and it's an email from Gina one of the daughters in these beautiful family shots. I was going to write how fantastic, wonderful and kind they all were and then I got this....

oh for the love of fashion:

I am just in fashion heaven and have to ramble a bit about the cute things I found while shopping online.
Of course I didn't actually buy all of these fantastic finds but I can dream and share with you all of the lusts and musts in my life.

I love my bcbg bags but have never looked at the clothing until now and have found two super cute dresses that I adore and a cute pair of shoes of course....so cute!

It's official, It's an obsession...
Frye boots are now controlling my life! After finding my first pair I have gotten another similar to the ones below, yes they look close to the ones in my previous post but they have a buckle, are darker brown and have a hill....so they are completely different!
Now I'm on the hunt for a low cut campus boot and this super cute purse.

I had so much fun with Sarah and Ted we spent the day first at their place walking around and enjoying their gorgeous view of the river. Then we headed to downtown Vinings walking around and just having a great time. These two are made for each other, they complement each other so beautifully that I can't wait for the wedding!
