My friend Ashley Kurpiel, you may remember her family portrait session that I shot back in Nov. suffers from FOP a rare bone disease that turns muscle to bone. Ashley is amazing she is a advocate and lobbies for FOP research, traveling and attending charity, and research events always with a smile on her face. She has been blessed with so many opportunity to educate and bring FOP into the spotlight.


I admire her and her family so much I'm so proud of her for being a voice for herself and others that suffer from FOP.
