9.8.07 Margaret and Dale

This is my favorite photo from the event and I must say I am very proud of it I think it capture them perfectly!

As Margaret walked down the rose petal covered stone path a trio serenaded her, it was absolutely magical.

The trio were amazing if only I had sound on the camera.

They are such a sweet couple.

Margaret and Dale are wonderful and their family and friends are just as amazing.
And I think she has some of the cutest grand children on earth!
Thanks so much for letting me share such an important day in your lives.

9.2.07 Gina and Josh

Gina is my lovely sister-n-law and a great friend to boot, she announced her engagement to Josh at Rita’s a local custard shop and I couldn’t be happier, great news and custard could it get any better?
Josh has made Gina so happy you could see it in her eyes, and he fit into the family perfectly. Personally I just adore him!

We are so excited about the upcoming wedding, we have a year to plan at least they booked the photographer early (he, he) it will be an honor to shoot their wedding. Love ya guys!

8.24.07 Lindsey and Devin’s Engagement Shoot

It was so hot I was afraid that they would melt! But needless to say we made it thru. These guys are so much fun we found out that they even know my brother- n-law, how weird is that!

They are great sports and were up for just about anything so I drug them around town to look for different location. We went to the lake that they were engaged at and to a little known spot with a cute stone bridge.

Thanks guys I cant wait for the wedding.

8.24.07 Dunaway Gardens

Here is my shameless plug for Dunaway, it is an overlooked gem on the south side and I think that as for a venue it’s a must see.

Here are the critters I was referring to.

A little back ground for you. In the 1920 ’s it was the largest natural rock and floral gardens and home of the Wayne P. Sewell Production Company in the 1960’s the garden fell in to disrepair until 2000 when Jennifer Rea Bigham purchased the property and begin the huge task of restoring the 25+ acres. In 2003 fully restored it was finally open to the public.

I have fallen in love with this beautiful place and think that once you see it you will too.

8.24.07 Margaret and Dale Engagement Shoot

Margaret and Dale are two of the most loving, fun people in the world! They laughed and talked (Dale) the whole time. We shot at Dunaway gardens where they are being married and one of the most beautiful venues that I have ever been to.

Margaret’s son, daughter-n-law and their three children came with us and Margaret gave us a guided tour it was great, the kids had so much fun picking up little critters.

Thanks Margaret and Dale I am looking forward to your beautiful ceremony.

8.22.07

One of Julie’s little boys has the cutest smile because he is minus a few teeth! How funny he is a ball of energy and could hardly stay still.
